The flights, our accommodation, guides, places & timeframes – just perfect.

We must make particular mention of our guide in Hanoi & would like you to pass this on our behalf. His name – Aim Dang.  He was amazing!  His English, knowledge, going the extra mile & care of us was outstanding.  He ended up calling us Ma & Pa which made us all the more comfortable.  He’s a real asset & such an ambassador for an amazing country.  Our driver “Dan or Dun”

was wonderful as well.  We felt very safe & they both really cared about our well-being the entire time we were with them.

Palm Garden Resort – beautiful!  The staff were extremely helpful & friendly.  The resort itself, stunning.

I would like to also thank your office again for doing an amazing job, I appreciate you all every day 🙂
